1. Who we are and what this site is

Travel The Day ("we", "us") provides a website at travel-theday.com where adults can play original, free-to-play games in their browser. By using the website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

In short: it's free, it's for fun, it's for UK adults aged 18+, and nothing you collect has any real-world value.

2. Who can play

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to use this website. We ask you to confirm this when you arrive and again when you create an account. If you are under 18, please leave the site now. If we believe someone is under 18 or lives outside the UK, we may close their account.

3. Free play and virtual coins

  • Every game is free to play. There is nothing to buy and we never ask for payment details.
  • Coins, XP and levels are virtual items for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of real-world value.
  • There are no prizes. Playing for free does not mean you would win at real-money gambling.
  • We may change, reset or correct coin balances, XP, levels or bonuses at any time, for example to fix an error or prevent misuse.

4. Your account

  • You don't need an account to play. An account saves your coins, level and daily bonus.
  • Give us accurate details and keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person, please.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the My account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't: cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, try to access other people's accounts, interfere with the website or our servers, copy or reverse-engineer our games, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

6. Our games and content

The games, artwork, text, logos and code on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may play the games for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the website running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

8. Other services

If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that sign-in. Our games load from our own servers inside our pages.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Because the website is free and for entertainment, and subject to that, we provide it "as is" and are not liable for losses arising from its use or from loss of virtual coins, XP or levels. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of another part of the UK gives you the right to use its courts.
